Strap has come loose?

If it comes loose, simply feed it back through the gap using your finger — easy and out of the way in seconds.

How do I care for my products?

We recommend machine washing your gear on a cold cycle. Hang to dry and avoid ironing to maintain the integrity of the materials

Shipping & Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from NSW, Australia

My parcel is delayed

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@traakrunning.com.au. We’ll follow up with the carrier and assist you directly. Lost parcel claims typically require up to 14 days to resolve.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

How do returns work?


Yes — we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and suitable for resale.

To initiate a return, please login to your customer account through the following link. Enter your email address and you will receive a one-time code to login. Once logged in please navigate to your order and click the 'Request return' button.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process the exchange. Please note:
– We can’t reserve stock ahead of time
– Any price difference must be paid before the new item ships

I've received a Faulty or Damaged Product

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@traakrunning.com.au with photos and your order number for an exchange or refund.

Custom Orders

Do you do custom designs?

Yes we offer custom headwear and apparel with low minimums. Perfect for clubs, crews, or events. Check out our page Traak Customs for more details!
