Refund policy

At Traakrunning, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a straightforward refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please login to your customer account through the following link. Enter your email address and you will receive a one-time code to login. Once logged in please navigate to your order and click the 'Request return' button. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
